Shipping and Returns Policy

SUBJECT TO ANY APPLICABLE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Items are generally pre-owned and considered unique for purposes of sale on westbound20.com, and they will be described in good faith on the website or any other communication. Any exceptions to this policy will be handled on an individual basis and will be communicated in writing.

Orders may take up to 5 business days to process, though typically it takes less than 2. This can, on occasion, be extended further during times when staff is away or through other extenuating circumstances.  Westbound Twenty LLC will make reasonable efforts to alert you when such delays are known in advance. Items will ship from Texas.

At this time, shipping is presumed to be within the US only using a trackable method of Westbound Twenty LLC’s choosing.  Any exceptions are at our discretion and must be discussed individually.

Westbound Twenty LLC is not responsible for shipments that have been declared as “delivered” by any carrier and subsequently claimed as “undelivered”, “stolen”, or “not found” by the customer. 

Westbound Twenty LLC will not hold or otherwise delay the shipment of an order for the purpose of combining with a future shipment of a currently unavailable product. 

Under no circumstances will Westbound Twenty LLC be responsible for replacement or refund of orders that are lost or damaged if they are addressed to proxy services, forwarding services, or a third party of any kind.
